Parties: Sonkofa Studio LLC (“Sonkofa”, “we”, “us”) and the business or individual named below (“Client”, “you”).
Effective date: the date you sign at the bottom.
1What you're hiring us to do
This is a bundled engagement. You've selected the Legacy bundle, which combines multiple services at a discounted rate. All deliverables listed in the bundle summary above are included in this single agreement. Each component (website, brand, commercial, etc.) is governed by the terms in this document and by the standard service-specific policies on our website.
2What it costs & how you pay
- Bundle fee: $2,997 (retail $3,491 — you save $494). You choose the payment path at checkout:
- Pay in 4 — 4 interest-free installments via Afterpay, Klarna, or Zip (availability depends on your card issuer and the bundle total).
- 50/50 Split — 50% at signing to kick off the project, 50% at final launch.
- Pay in Full — one-time payment, priority production slot across all bundle components, and a bonus deliverable (our choice) as a thank-you.
- All invoices are sent through Stripe. Cards, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and available Pay-in-4 methods will show up on the secure checkout page.
- Bundle discount is non-transferable. If you cancel one component of the bundle mid-project, remaining components revert to their individual retail pricing. (Example: cancel the commercial from the Legacy bundle, and the website + brand work is invoiced at their a-la-carte rates.)
- Late invoices accrue a 1.5% per month fee after 15 days past due. Final deliverables are released only after full payment clears.
3Timeline
We aim to deliver the full bundle in 21–28 business days from the day we receive your first payment AND the brand discovery questionnaire (we'll send it after you sign). Bundle components ship in parallel where possible — for example, brand work runs while the website is being coded. If you delay feedback or materials past 30 days, we may pause your project and invoice the completed work.
4What you give us
- A completed brand discovery questionnaire within 7 days of starting (we'll provide it).
- Business info, existing logo (if any), photos, copy points, and 3–5 brand references you admire.
- Timely feedback on all drafts (within 48 business hours of us sending).
- Final approval at each milestone before we move to the next component.
- Access to your domain registrar (or help setting up a new domain).
- Payment on the schedule above.
5What we give you
- Every component listed in the bundle summary above.
- 2 rounds per deliverable (applies to each major deliverable — website, brand, commercial). Additional revisions priced at the standard per-service rate.
- All final files in production-ready formats. You keep the files forever.
- Monthly hosting & maintenance for the website component (rate depends on the website tier). First 3 months FREE with Empire Launch bundle.
- Reply to support requests within 1 business day (same-day for Empire Launch via dedicated Slack channel).
6Who owns what
- You own the final approved logo(s), brand marks, website content, domain name, and the finished commercial(s). All forever, in perpetuity, globally.
- We retain the right to showcase the finished bundle as a case study on our portfolio and in marketing (we won't share strategy docs, private data, or analytics).
- Raw project files, rejected concepts, and exploration directions remain our property. Full source file export available for a flat $299 fee.
- Trademark registration and legal IP filing are NOT included. We can refer you to an attorney or LegalZoom.
7Revision policy
Each major deliverable in the bundle has its own revision rounds (see clause 5 + the individual service policies on /websites, /branding, /commercials). A revision round is one consolidated feedback document per deliverable. Extensive rewrites or directional pivots trigger a scope-change conversation and may be quoted separately.
8What this bundle does NOT include
- Professional photography or on-location video shoots (AI-generated visuals only).
- Copywriting services (we format and design what you provide).
- Paid media spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic) — we deliver the assets, you run the campaigns.
- E-commerce integrations beyond 10 products, inventory sync, or full marketplace development.
- Ongoing SEO content writing, blog posts, or social media management.
- Trademark search, trademark filing, or legal IP review.
9If something goes wrong
We stand behind our work. Technical defects on any bundle deliverable (corrupt file, broken link, wrong format) within 14 days of that deliverable's launch get fixed free. Creative second-thoughts after final approval are handled as a new revision round at the per-service rate.
10Limits of liability
We build websites, brands, and commercials. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, traffic, rankings, conversions, awards) because those depend on your execution, product, pricing, competition, and platform algorithms outside our control. Our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid us for this bundle.
11Pausing or canceling the bundle
- You can pause the bundle at any time. Payments already made are non-refundable. Completed work is invoiced to date.
- Cancel before full bundle delivery: any payments already made are non-refundable. Completed work beyond that will be invoiced at 50% of the remaining balance, and the bundle discount reverts to retail pricing for what was delivered. (If you chose Pay-in-4, remaining installments still apply.)
- After full bundle launch: hosting can be canceled anytime with 30 days written notice.
12Confidentiality
We don't share your business info, brand strategy, customer data, product details, or internal notes with anyone. Ever. Period. If you need a formal NDA, we'll happily sign one.
13Governing law & disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If we ever disagree about something, we'll try to work it out directly first. If that fails, we'll go to mediation before anyone heads to court. Any legal action will be filed in Florida.
14The fine print
- This is the entire agreement for this bundle. Verbal side-deals don't count. Changes must be in writing (email works).
- If any single clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of the agreement still applies.
- This agreement assigns if your business is sold — but you must give us written notice of the ownership change.
- This is not legal advice. It's a simple, fair working agreement between two parties.
